We know that a digital meeting may be a bit intimidating to some, but we’re working hard to make it as simple as possible. Here’s what you need to know in advance:

When?
– Tuesday, May 26
– 7 pm CDT
You can sign in up to 30 minutes early if you have concerns about the technology

Joining the meeting:

• Click the link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87425102073
• You can join from a phone, tablet, or computer, but a larger screen is going to give you a better experience, since you’ll be able to see more participants at once
• You will automatically be muted when you join
• The meeting will be open and recorded for reasons of transparency

Voting

• For each position (President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer, Production Committee, and Development Committee) you will need to send a separate email (just like you would turn in a ballot for each position) to 65thseasonelections@iowacitycommunitytheatre.com
• Please include the position for which you are voting in the subject line of each email
• Votes will only be accepted during the meeting time, just as they would only be accepted during an in-person meeting
• Please understand that, just like every election meeting, there will be downtime between each position while votes are tabulated. Major decisions about the 65th Season

• The Board will be offering our carefully considered recommendations about the upcoming season, and there will be dedicated time for discussion
• We want to hear from the members – this is your organization!
